All Galarche Clothing items are made to order and fulfilled through international production partners.
- Processing time: 1–4 business days
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
🌍 International Fulfillment & Shipping
All of our clothing is produced and shipped internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days
Delivery times may vary due to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Holidays or high-volume periods
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
💲 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Item weight and size
- Shipping destination
We may offer free shipping promotions, including free shipping on qualifying orders, which will be shown clearly at checkout.
📍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
- These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Galarche Clothing
📦 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment
- Some international carriers provide limited tracking updates
❗ Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
- Reshipping fees may apply if a package is returned
🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages
Galarche Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
